How can I use ABC to print out a tune?

Copy and paste the entire contents of the text file into an online ABC editors such as O'Regans or Concertina.net. On Windows, copy by highlighting the ABC file contents, then pressing Control-C; paste by placing the mouse in the editor area, then pressing Control-V.

Alternatively, you can find various shareware programs for displaying notation from .abc files: 1) on Mac OS X, google "Barfly", 2) on Windows, google for "Five Line Skink".
